Ensera is looking for an experienced, eager, and self-motivated Business Data Analyst to join their Global Applications team. This newly created role has been established to expand the team’s capabilities and capacity, supporting the growing demand for data-driven decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and automated solutions, while working closely with SMEs and departments across all Ensera sites to translate business needs into practical reporting and process automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

Your responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining our existing collection of reports across multiple reporting platforms.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Writing and maintaining queries against key business systems including MES, ERP, QMS, CMMS and others
  • Deliver reports to departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality and HR across multiple sites.
  • Identifying manual and Excel-based processes and replacing them with automated flows using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Maintaining our existing collection of Power Apps and Power Automate Flows across the business.
  • Creating and maintaining all reporting related documentation.
  • Working closely with vendors and users of CRM, ERP, QMS and other business applications.
  • Acting as a point of contact while engaging with vendors regarding reporting requirements as needed.
  • Establishing and maintaining a consistent standard for how reports are built, named, and stored across the team
  • Working as part of the wider IT team to contribute to the successful completion of projects

Our requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
  • Fluent in English is critical.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as SSRS, Power BI and Crystal Reports.
  • Highly Proficient with MS SQL Server/Oracle databases.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Applications such as ERP, MES, CRM, CMMS and QMS.
  • Excellent Data Visualization and ETL skills.
  • Advanced Excel Skills including VBA and Power Query.
  • Experience working directly with business departments — Production, Quality, Finance, Purchasing and others – to understand their needs and deliver reporting & automation solutions.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation of reporting and automation solutions.
  • Experience working with teams across sites, time zones and disciplines is critical.
  • Ability to work independently and critically is important for the role.
