Jason is responsible for our overall strategic direction, risk management, investment strategy, people, and culture. He is driven to ensure Ensera grows and adapts to support future technological developments in healthcare innovation.

A highly experienced executive, Jason has held senior roles with global companies such as St.Gobain, McKinsey, BASF and Enovis before joining Ensera in 2023.

Jonathan leads Ensera’s global finance and IT functions and also plays a key role in shaping our M&A and legal strategy. He ensures the business is equipped with the financial strength and operational foundations needed to support continued growth.

With deep experience in the healthcare sector, Jonathan has held senior roles at ICON plc and most recently served as CFO of Ergomed, where he guided the company through its transition from public ownership to private equity. He brings a strong track record of steering organizations through periods of expansion. Jonathan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants having received his ACA qualification at KPMG.

Bobby leads our sales teams for pharmaceutical services, medical device contract manufacturing, and orthopedics. His mission is to ensure that we are delivering competitively priced solutions that address our clients’ complex requirements.

Bobby has over 20 years’ experience leading global commercial teams and supporting diverse healthcare sectors worldwide. He was most recently at Westrock – a global leader in sustainable healthcare packaging.

Gary’s impressive pedigree in engineering, operations and project management ensures our operations run smoothly and our infrastructure adapts to changing client needs.

Part of the Ensera team since 2006, Gary holds several engineering patents, a master’s degree in Polymer Technology and a Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification from the Project Management Institute.

With a passion for developing solutions-focussed teams, Marinela is responsible for leading quality and regulatory excellence for Ensera and advancing our corresponding compliance strategies. She’s also the chair of our Environmental and Social Governance steering committee.

Marinela has 2 Master’s Degrees - one in Law, and another in Healthcare Administration. She has previously held director positions at Synergy Health and Steris.

Michelle plays a pivotal role in driving  Ensera's strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Partnering closely with the executive team and private equity sponsors, she ensures there is alignment between our long-term strategic goals and the day-to-day execution of our value creation plan. 

Michelle brings 10 years’ hands-on experience in business transformation and scaling organizations to her role with us at Ensera. Her previous roles straddle management consultancy at Monitor Deloitte and medtech business Babylon Health.  

Mike oversees operations and sales for our design and product development offering across the US and UK. He is responsible for making sure our design teams continue to be known for their fresh-thinking and agile innovation, while also strengthening integration with our manufacturing teams for clients seeking seamless end-to-end support in taking a device to market.  

Mike has over 25 years experience in the medical device industry, most notably in leadership roles at Radius / Jabil and Veranex.
