DUBLIN, IRELAND – June 4th 2024 – Ensera, a leading global contract manufacturing organisation serving the medical industry, welcomes Gary Snipes to the business as Vice President of Orthopedics for the USA and has promoted Marta Karwan to Vice President of Orthopedics for the EMEA region.
This new region-focused sales structure will enable Ensera to enhance its support for clients seeking a specialist localized partner to deliver critical orthopedic devices safely to market at speed.
Gary joins the Ensera following previous senior roles at Jabil, Lincotek Medical and Flex. His expertise and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to expand our orthopedics business in North America.
Having been part of Ensera since 2006, Marta has a wealth of experience and understanding of customers’ needs and how Ensera can tailor solutions to address their specific challenges. This promotion to a new orthopedics-focused role reflects Marta’s passion for supporting the industry’s growing demand for sterile devices, where Ensera’s end-of-line pedigree in rinsing, cleaning and Sterile Barrier System packing in ISO 7 and 8 cleanrooms is trusted by leading orthopedic device manufacturers globally.
The team’s focus will also be on further expanding Ensera’s end-to-end complex assembly business, where customer requirements for multiple services under-one-roof are further supported through our design and product development expertise, cleanroom injection molding and cleanroom assembly of medical devices class II and III.
